Hester’s Jaguar

The Carl Hester Jaguar saddle is expertly designed for horses that require shorter tree points and a compact saddle profile. This model is favourite among smaller and baroque breeds, offering a close contact feel that enhances connection and performance Part of the Carl Hester Collection, the Jaguar reflects Carl’s dedication to create saddles that balance tradition, innovation and reader-horse harmony.

 It has a perfectly centred medium-deep seat with a sloping cantle offering a touch of freedom in the seat while maintaining a secure and supportive feel. Its narrow twist and anatomically correct blocks to ensure a naturally comfortable and supported position.

The saddle has three girth straps including a point strap to choose the most suitable solution for the horse. Due to its flexibility and interchangeable gullet plate system it can be fitted by a professional saddle fitter, to most modern day sports horses and including those with typical warmblood conformation, with a wide back and big shoulder. It is flocked with Jacob’s Wool to enable saddle fitters to get a perfect fit.  This saddle uses the Series 2 PDS/Pessoa gullet plates and comes as standard with a MW fit. The flap size is 16”, but petite 15” or Long 17” can be made by contacting us directly for a special made to order service. 

The gullet plates range from a Narrow to an XXXW so enabling you to change the width of the saddle quite easily. These are available to buy separately. 

The Jaguar features elegant stitch patterns with the option of black stitching for a traditional look or white stitching to emphasise its sleek modern design.
